Policy Maximum Atlas America Visitor Insurance provides a maximum medical coverage for Age 80 or older (traveling outside of the United States) to $20,000, Age 70 to 79 to $100,000, and all others choices of $50,000, $100,000, $200,000, $500,000 or $1,000,000
Deductible Plan deductible choices of US$0, US$100, US$250, US$500, US$1000 or US$2500 deductible per certificate period.
Co-insurance
  • Inside USA: After the policy deductible selected is paid out-of-pocket, the program pays 80% of the next $5,000 of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible, then 100% to the Overall Maximum Limit. Coinsurance will be waived if expenses are incurred within the PPO and expenses are submitted to Plan Administrator for review and payment directly to the health care provider.
  • Outside the U.S.: After the chosen plan deductible is paid out-of-pocket, the plan pays 100% to the selected Medical Maximum up to the overall maximum Limit (no co-insurance).
Plan Duration Minimum period of 5 days to initial maximum period of 364 days.
