Patriot America Plus Visitor Insurance plan is very similar to the Patriot America Insurance policy, but the Patriot America Plus plan provides enhanced benefit for the feature Acute Onset of a Pre-existing Condition coverage up to plan maximum selected for individuals under age 70. However, this plan excludes the Sudden and Unexpected Recurrence benefit found in the standard plan. Patriot America Plus Insurance offers following choice of plan maximum coverage – $50,000, $100,000 and $500,000 ($10,000 for ages 80 and above) and offers competitive daily and monthly rates.

Included features in Patriot America Plus Visitor Insurance plan are optional coverage for extreme sports, enhanced accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) benefit, personal liability (injury to third party or property) and a whole lot more. Policy Maximum Plan provides a maximum medical coverage choices range from $50,000 to $500,000 USD
Deductible Plan deductible choices of US$0, US$100, US$250, US$500, US$1000 or US$2500 deductible per certificate period.
Co-insurance
  • Inside USA: Outside the PPO network, after the policy deductible selected is paid out-of-pocket, the program pays 80% of the next $5,000 of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible, then 100% to the Overall Maximum Limit. Coinsurance will be 10% of the first $5000 of Eligible Expenses after the Deductible, if expenses are incurred within the PPO network.
  • Outside the U.S.: After the chosen plan deductible is paid out-of-pocket, the plan pays 100% to the selected Medical Maximum up to the overall maximum Limit (no co-insurance).
Plan Duration Minimum period of 5 days, plan is renewable up to 24 months if one month or more is purchased initially.
